GameCube retentiveness carte du jour STUCK in Wii
Seriously.
I googled this and it seems to happen quite a flake.
I inserted two Nintendo-brand memory cards into my Wii, as I played GameCube games for quite a while. When I was done, 1 carte du jour popped out - the other is firmly stuck.
Any suggestions?

Sorry, I know how abrasive that is.
This is pretty weird tho, I've never heard of this. I don't use my Wii much for Gamecube games, but every fourth dimension I do I remove the memory carte du jour when I'thousand done. I've never gotten information technology stuck before.
It's non similar it clips in or anything, can't you simply pull harder on it to get it out?

Search "gamecube retentiveness bill of fare stuck in wii" on google or wherever - this hasn't happened to just me. Is the slot on the Wii shaped dissimilar than on the GC???? Very frustrating.

I've never gotten ane stuck to the bespeak where I couldn't become information technology out, but my GC mem cards are definitely a tight fit and I accept to requite them a adept yank. I accept a first party Nintendo one and a third party one and neither of them like to come out. I but leave them in, that's probably the best solution if you lot aren't using your GC anyhow.
If it was stuck to the bespeak where heaving information technology wouldn't get it out I would probably put a dab of lather (or any lube) effectually the edges and ease it out. Non plenty to seep in, only plenty to release the friction.

Maybe loosen the phillips screws on that Wii black face plate under the door? Might even accept to go underneath likewise. From my Wii Light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation Changeout:

Ii Black Short Length Self Tapping Phillips - Black Face Plate
One Black Medium Length Machine Phillips - Black Face Plate and Drive Slot Cover
Ii Silvery Long Length Cocky Tapping TriWing - Gamecube Controller Port Side
Remove the Controller Port and SD Slot covers, both open xc degrees and slide directly up. Using the tiny PH000 bit, remove the three blackness Phillips screws. Remove the black controller port console. Using the 3mm TriWing bit, remove the two silver TriWing screws on the controller port side. The 2 silver Phillips screws on the other side do not have to be removed.

Yep, I clothing latex gloves often when doing stuff. My easily tend to sweat a lot, and wearing gloves helps to everything clean. As well, when your hands get dirty you lot just have to take the gloves off and replace them instead of having to become wash your hands.

Oh crap, my reputation is ruined! When I work on my machine I use engine oil as hand cleaner. Sorry to disappoint, the pics are Google Search Images.
